Who pays for Service IDs?+
Providers buy the Service ID service and share their IDs with customers. Customers use their own provider credentials in the player. Service IDs are separate from the price of the app.
Is the Apple app on the App Store?+
Yes. PristinePlayer for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV is available on the App Store. See the download page for installation steps.
What am I seeing in these screenshots?+
The films and screenshot sets were captured from the updated demo in the Apple TV 4K and iPhone 17 Pro Max simulators. The website crops out the Demo Mode banner while preserving the native shape of each interface. The channels, movie titles and series are illustrative. They do not show a customer account or an included channel package. Sample playback uses Big Buck Bunny and the Sintel trailer, both by the Blender Foundation (CC BY 3.0).
