Terms of Service

By using PristinePlayer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

PristinePlayer provides a premium IPTV player application and associated services including electronic programme guide (EPG) data, VPN access, and content browsing features. PristinePlayer does not provide, host, or control any streaming content. Users must supply their own IPTV service credentials.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others.

3. Free Trial

  • New subscribers are eligible for a one-time 2-month free trial of PristinePlayer Premium.
  • A valid payment method (credit or debit card) is required to start the free trial.
  • You will not be charged during the 2-month trial period.
  • At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid annual subscription at £19.99/year unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • The free trial is limited to one per person, per household, and per payment method. Any attempt to abuse the trial offer may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts without refund.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • PristinePlayer Premium is billed annually at £19.99 per year.
  • Payment is charged immediately at the end of the free trial period, and annually thereafter.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to PristinePlayer Premium, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the service, failure to cancel before the trial ends, technical issues, changes to features, or account termination for breach of these terms.
  • You have had the opportunity to evaluate the Service during the 2-month free trial before being charged.
  • It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period ends if you do not wish to be charged.
  • Partial refunds, pro-rata refunds, and credits are not available.

By completing your purchase, you expressly waive any right to a refund or chargeback. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and all associated services.

6. VPN Service

  • VPN access is provided as part of the Premium subscription for securing streaming traffic.
  • The VPN must not be used for any illegal activity.
  • VPN access is revoked immediately upon cancellation or termination.
  • PristinePlayer does not guarantee VPN uptime or speed.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute your account or VPN configuration.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the PristinePlayer application.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Circumvent subscription restrictions or feature gating.
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit the free trial.

8. Account Termination

PristinePlayer reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. No refund will be issued upon termination.

9. Service Availability

PristinePlayer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PristinePlayer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
